Delete your Scattershot account
Scattershot is operated by Twinstack Pty Ltd trading as Scattershot Labs. Use this page to request deletion of your Scattershot account and associated app data.
Delete in the app
Open Scattershot and go to Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.

Submit the form below using the email address on your Scattershot account. We may contact you if we need to verify the account.
Request account deletion
We will process account deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required or permitted to keep some information.
What will be deleted or de-identified
- Account profile and authentication records controlled by Scattershot.
- Collection and portfolio data tied to your Scattershot account.
- Tracked cards, quantities, finishes, folders or collections, notes, preferences, price alerts, and portfolio value snapshots tied to your account.
What may be retained
- Account and collection data will be deleted or de-identified within 30 days unless we are required or permitted to keep it.
- Security, troubleshooting, and server logs are generally kept for up to 90 days.
- Backups may retain deleted information for up to 90 days before they expire in the ordinary backup cycle.
- Support emails, mailing list records, beta application records, and unsubscribe records may be kept for up to 2 years for legal, security, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
- App Store and Google Play subscription and billing records are handled by the relevant app store and may need to be cancelled separately.
