Is Scattershot free to use?
Yes! The core features—scanning, collection management, price tracking, and portfolio analytics—are free. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the fundamentals will always be free.
Where do the card prices come from?
Prices are sourced from Scryfall's API, which aggregates market data from major retailers. This gives you accurate, up-to-date pricing for cards across all printings and finishes.
How accurate is the camera scanning?
Our scanner uses machine learning models trained specifically on MTG cards. It can recognize card names quickly, and you can always review and correct matches before adding them to your collection.
Can I import my existing decks?
Absolutely. We support direct imports from Moxfield, CubeCobra, and Archidekt. You can also paste text decklists or import from CSV files.
Is my collection data backed up?
Yes. Your collection is synced to the cloud automatically. You can access it on any device, and your data is safe even if you lose your phone. You can also export to JSON or CSV.
